SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to most countries worldwide. The majority of items are shipped with VNPOST Express, UPS or TNT Express. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by the UPS rate tool. Generally delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days. Please allow 10-15 business days for artwork orders. Please note these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, they will depend on the destination country. We highly recommend customers provide a business address for shipping. CUSTOMS INSPECTION, DUTIES AND TEXES
Orders placed outside Vietnam may be subject to customs inspection and liable for duties and taxes on importation into the destination country. Each customer is responsible for paying any fees, duties or taxes which are levied in the destination country in regards to their shipment.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
There will be no refunds or exchanges of products unless the product purchases is out of stock. In the event of a defective product, we will only exchange the goods with the exact product.
